HOW TO ORDER

1. Login
If you’ve shopped on the website before, you can login using your email address and password (created previously).

If you’re a new user, click the "New User" button and you’ll be prompted to enter your name, address and password details.

2. Browse Items
Search the catalogue for the items you wish to buy.

3. Add to Cart
Click Add to Cart to add items to your shopping cart. Once you’ve finished shopping, click "Checkout Now" or "View Cart"…

4. Checkout
The Cart Contents page allows you to adjust quantities and remove items.

5. Delivery
Next, choose the address you wish the goods to be sent to and select your choice of delivery.

FREE POSTAGE OFFER - UK customers whose order is in excess of £40, qualify for free postage. Just chose the Royal Mail first class option (where applicable*) at step 2 of your order form.
*please note: certain items cannot be sent via Royal Mail and will not qualify for free postage.

You can also add new delivery addresses. For example, you may wish to purchase the items as a gift or have them sent to a work address.

6. Payment
Once completed, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Once authorized, payment is not debited until item(s) are despatched.

7. Confirmation Email
As soon as we receive the order you are sent a confirmation email that details the item(s), delivery and payment information. Please KEEP this email for future reference.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

Our postage rates are dependent on whether your order is delivered to UK, Europe or Rest of the World. We offer a range of options for each territory, which can be selected at the Checkout.

UK

ROYAL MAIL:

Multiple formats are charged for as applicable (e.g. Double CD as 2xCD). Some special packages may also incur extra postage charges.

UK SIGNED FOR:

NB: "Next Day" orders are delivered the day after despatch.

EUROPE

AIRMAIL:

Multiple formats are charged for as applicable (e.g. Double CD as 2xCD). Some special packages may also incur extra postage charges.

SIGNED FOR AIRMAIL:

INTERNATIONAL SIGNED: More reliable than Airmail as the pack has to be signed for at delivery.

AIRSURE: Not available to all countries - your package is tracked to the point of delivery.

FEDERAL EXPRESS: £53.00 for packages up to 10 kilos on a next day service.

OTHER OVERSEAS COUNTRIES (U.S.A & JAPAN ETC.)
